Shipping policy

Orders will be shipped 5-7 days after orders are placed. Shipping times are based on the selection the customer makes. Please note that delivery may take up to two weeks with processing and shipping time included.

Returns

Returns will be taken up to 14 days after receipt of the package. We will only take returns of unused and unworn bags. Please contact us at heauxbagco@gmail.com to set up your return. The customer is responsible for shipping costs.
